Say Hello to the New ‘Tour Series’ by JBL
JBL has launched the Tour series that includes the JBL Tour One and the JBL Tour Pro Plus headsets. Adorned with adaptive noise-canceling feature, the Tour series seems to be just what travelers want.
JBL Tour One
The JBL Tour One is a pair of over-ear ANC headphones with nifty modes like Adaptive Ambient Aware and TalkThru. These headphones come with 40mm drivers and a frequency response of up to 40KHz.
Users get a playback time of up to 25 hours on a single charge with features like noise-cancellation and Bluetooth enabled. The headphones have USB-C connectivity with fast-charging that can offer up to 2 hours of playback on just 10 minutes of charge. Users can also use the JBL Headphones app to personalise their experience by tweaking the sound profile and settings. The Tour One headphones also have Alexa and Google Assistant support.
JBL Tour Pro Plus
The Tour Pro Plus are stylish true wireless earbuds with an adaptive noise-canceling feature and Adaptive Ambient Aware and TalkThru modes. These earbuds come with an IPX4 rating for water resistance.
These wireless earbuds deliver up to 8 hours of playback time on a single charge and maybe more if you disable the noise cancellation feature. Users can also get an hour-long playback with just 10 minutes of charging in the case. In addition to noise cancellation, these earbuds also have Smart audio and video mode, which automatically tweaks the audio output according to the content.
Both Tour One and Tour Pro Plus will hit the sale shelves on May 30, 2021. The Tour One costs $299, while the Tour Pro Plus will retail at $199.
JBL Adds More True Wireless Earbuds to its Arsenal
JBL has launched more wireless buds, including the JBL Reflect Mini NC TWS and JBL Live Free NC Plus, JBL Tune 215BT, and Tune 125BT. Let’s give you more information about these new products.
JBL Reflect Mini NC TWS
The JBL Reflect Mini NC TWS are another true wireless earbuds by JBL. They feature a standard JBL design with a noise cancelation feature. The earbuds have a dedicated charging case that’s super handy. The JBL Reflect Mini NC TWS have USB-C connectivity that can deliver up to 14 hours of battery backup on a single charge.
These earbuds are also compatible with Google Fast Pair enabling faster Bluetooth pairing with Android devices. They have an IPX7 rating for water resistance that can take up to 30-minutes of submersion into water. These earbuds’ cost is $149, and they will be available in Blue, Black, and White color options.
JBL Live Free NC Plus
The Live Free NC Plus is another wireless earbuds by JBL that are an addition to its existing Live series aimed at budget buyers. They come with an IPX7 rating for water resistance. The battery backup on these earbuds is up to 7 hours, and they have a Qi-compatible charging case.
The earbuds come with built-in proximity sensors offering touch controls for play/pause and smart assistants. The Live Free NC Plus earbuds cost $149 and will go on sale starting March 14, 2021.
JBL Tune 215BT and Tune 125BT
If you are a fan of good old Bluetooth earbuds without true wireless, then JBL Tune 215BT and 125BT are just the earbuds for you. These standard Bluetooth earbuds have got support for JBL Pure Bass Sound and Bluetooth 5.0. They offer up to 16 hours of playback time on a single charge.
You should know that either of these Bluetooth earbuds lacks sweat-resistance, making them not so ideal for use during workouts. The only difference between Tune 215BT and 125BT is that the latter has magnetic earbuds to avoid tangled cable while the former misses out on that. Both the models are priced at $39 and will be available in Black and White color variants. They will hit the sale shelves on March 14, 2021.

JBL Tune 660NC and Tune 510BT
JBL has added the Tune 660NC and Tune 510BT on-ear headphone models to the Tune lineup. Both of them have strong bass and Bluetooth 5.0 support. The Tune 660NC comes with active noise-cancellation and better battery backup, while the Tune 510BT lacks noise-cancellation and slightly lower battery backup.
Both the models have support for speed charging, which charges up the headphones for 2-hours of playback on just five minutes of charge. Both The Tune 510BT and Tune 660NC come in Black, White, and Blue color options. The Tune 510BT costs $49, while the Tune 660NC costs $99.
JBL Live Pro Plus
JBL Live Pro Plus are true wireless headphones with adaptive noise-cancelling and IPX4 rating for water-resistance. They come with a USB-C case, which is Qi-compatible for wireless charging.
The Live Pro Plus headphones have support for Alexa and Google Assistant. They cost $179 and are available in Black, Beige, White, and Pink color options. They hit the sales shelves on March 14, 2021.
JBL Live 660NC and 460NC
JBL Live 660NC are wireless headphones with support for smart assistants. They come with a Bluetooth multipoint feature that lets users connect the headset with two devices simultaneously. They have active noise-canceling support as well. The Live 660NC headphones cost $199 and are available in Black, Blue, and White color options. They also hit the sales shelves on March 14, 2021.
On the other hand, the JBL Live 460NC are wireless on-ear headphones with the same features as the 660NC but with a more compact design. They cost $129 and are available in Black, Blue, Rose, and White color options. They will also be available starting March 14, 2021.
JBL Smart Speakers: Charge 5 and Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 7
The JBL Charge lineup features some of the most popular Bluetooth speakers. The Charge 5 is an incremental upgrade over Charge 4. It looks a little different from the previous model and has an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance. A 7,500mAh battery backs the speaker with up to 20 hours of continuous playback on a single charge. The Charge 5 has Bluetooth 5.0 support and a PartyBoost feature to connect with other JBL speakers to create a party’s consolidated sound. The Charge 5 is available in Black, Blue, Gray, Red, Teal, and Squad. It costs $179 and will hit the market in April.
Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 7 are premium home speakers with a sleek design and nifty features like 25mm dual tweeters and an aluminum handle for enhanced portability. These speakers can deliver up to 8 hours of continuous playback, and they can be connected with other Onyx speakers. They cost $299 and come in Black, Blue, and Gray color option. They hit the market in April.
