Samsung is all set to unveil the much-teased Galaxy S21 series this month, finally. And as much as we are looking forward to catching the glimpse, leakers are having a field day giving out essential information about the flagship’s camera setup ahead of the launch. One of the fresh leaks concerning the camera on Galaxy S21 comes from the known leakster, Evan Blass, and we also get an infographic to understand the setup better.
Samsung Galaxy S21: Camera Setup Revealed
Blass’s leak comes with Italian infographics confirming camera specs for the Galaxy S21 series, including the high-end Galaxy S21 Ultra.
As per the latest leak, the Galaxy S21 Ultra is tipped to come with a 108MP primary lens, two 10MP telephoto lenses, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. The camera setup will have laser autofocus like the Galaxy Note 20. And on the front, we get a 40MP selfie snapper for clicking crisp front snaps.
On the contrary, the Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus are likely to have a bit of a toned-down camera setup than the high-end Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphone. The Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus are reportedly coming with a 12MP primary sensor, a 64MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens completing the rear camera setup. On the front, the phones get a 10MP sensor for selfies.
Other than the camera setup details, such as the lens specifications, the latest leak does not say much about other camera abilities on the flagship series. Previous leaks concerning the Galaxy S21 series stated that the front and rear cameras on the entire lineup are capable of recording 8K videos at 30FPS.
